JAJAH Meets IBM Lotus
Already more than 20.000 businesses are using JAJAH to save money on international calling.
In the past months we have seen a strong increase in usage of JAJAH by businesses worldwide. The growth has been primarily driven by the JAJAH plugin for Microsoft Outlook and the highly acclaimed JAJAH Conference Call solution.
Now we are widening our offer for business users who use IBM Lotus software. JAJAH has entered a partnership
agreement with Munich based Pentos AG. Pentos is specialised in developing software solutions for small and medium businesses and is an IBM Premier Business Partner.
Based on the JAJAH API Pentos has now developed a plugin to integrate JAJAH in Web-based Lotus services Lotus Notes and Lotus Sametime. Businesses benefit from cheap outbound calls in combination with various online functions covered by Sametime/Notes. Phone numbers can be automatically carried over from CRM applications and during the call initiation, users can easily access additional information such as latest E-Mails from the person called, or news and weather infos about the call destination.
