Europe beats USA in VoIP adoption


Europe has once again outclassed USA in VoIP adoption. In 2006, nearly 14 million Europeans subscribed to VoIP services increasing the customers’ base to 19 million by the end of last year. The number would double and reach 34 million in 2007, In-Stat asserted.

EEOC sues Vonage


Controversy is chasing Vonage all the way. While, the VoIP pioneer is trying hard to get rid of Verizon furor, yet another controversy has resurfaced to haunt the company.

The recent lawsuit filed by U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in the Federal court in Newark shows some serious internal problems persist in the Vonages management level.
